With a staggering 85% of pastors globally not having access to any type of basic theological training, the scope of the need to be addressed is enormous. Healthy and equipped church leaders and pastors are critical for producing healthy, robust, and multiplying churches particularly where the Gospel is spreading the fastest.
The LeadersFormation ministry strategy focuses on leadership development partnership with national pastors and church leaders in projects lasting between three and five years. Utilizing the skills, gifts, and abilities of our pastors from Canada on a rotational basis, the goal is to develop reproducing leaders in their own cultural context. The combinations of interactive teaching philosophy, consistent coaching, and ongoing support of project participants has made the program incredibly successful for over 25 years.
The development of pastor trainers in Canada is also part of the process of LeadersFormation and new pastors and church partners are constantly needed to meet the increasing demand for training on virtually every continent.
