Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot the various systems that we rely on in Emmanuel tech ministry.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AVL equipment, keeping inventory of consumables.
• Volunteer training and orientation.
• Creative Support: Assist with video filming and editing as needed.
• As technology continues to advance, the successful applicant will be expected to stay current with emerging technology solutions.
• Support special events (e.g. Bethlehem Star, Pie and Praise)

Next Gen Pipeline, Build Team

The next generation of pastors and church leaders is out there right now. They are sitting in youth groups, serving at summer camps, leading worship in small churches, and wondering if God might be calling them to something more. Most of them will never take a step forward unless someone shows up, pays attention, and says "I see something in you." That is this job.

What you will do:

You will build relationships with emerging leaders across the FP network before they are ready for formal programs. You will run the Renew Conference as a strategic formation environment. You will partner with camps like Qwanoes and Sunnybrae to identify and invest in potential leaders. You will mentor Immerse students one on one. And you will help young leaders find a clear and confident path into calling.

This role is relational, mobile, and mission critical. You will be on the road, at the camp, in the coffee shop, and at the church. The pipeline starts here.

Hudson Community Baptist Church (HCBC) is a growing, English-speaking evangelical church in Saint-Lazare, Quebec, seeking a full-time Associate Pastor to help advance our mission of connecting all people to all of Christ for all of life.

HCBC is an elder-led, congregationally governed church affiliated with the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches in Canada. We are committed to the authority of Scripture, expositional preaching, disciple-making, and gospel-centered ministry. Our congregation of approximately 250–300 weekly attendees represents a diverse range of ages, backgrounds, and life stages.

The Associate Pastor will provide leadership in discipleship, connections, pastoral care, and leadership development. Responsibilities include overseeing growth groups and discipleship pathways, integrating newcomers into church life, coordinating church-wide discipleship events, providing pastoral care, overseeing membership and baptism processes, equipping leaders, and preaching 8–12 times annually.

The ideal candidate demonstrates godly character consistent with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, a vibrant walk with Christ, strong alignment with our theology and ministry philosophy, proven leadership experience in a local church, and the ability to teach and apply God’s Word effectively. Formal theological training is preferred.
