Phil is presently helping Calvary Baptist Church in Edmonton, AB to become a family of congregations using the same facility. He and Deene have been helping replant the church since 2021 in hopes that it reproduces itself, resulting in another congregation. Leadership training and discipleship are Phil’s primary role there. Deene has been helping in developing the children’s ministry.
The other ministries that Phil assists with at the mission level are the ongoing visits to Colombia to help leaders of church plants, and investing time in the spiritual and emotional health of missionaries and leaders.
