Every year, EPIC + Onside has the privilege of working with hundreds of students, teaching them leadership skills, and building into their lives spiritually. The Leadership Development Fund was created to increase the ripple effect of Gospel impact, so that we can hire interns, run "LIT" programs, and provide high-end leadership and spiritual formation training, teaching students valuable leadership skills through hands-on ministry experience, then sending them back into their church and community to use these skills.
