The Kolkata Hope Rising in the Slums program is designed to provide education to 25 of the most needy and promising youth living in the slums of Kolkata. Funds raised will cover school fees which includes some costs for clothing as well as books, for students as they study from Class 8 through to college. It will also provide career training.
Costs:
Grades 8-12: $252 per student per year
College: $396 per student per year
