"Guatemala Volcano Relief" Emergency Appeal Update
In early June 2018, Guatemala’s Fuego volcano erupted, leaving over 100 people dead, hundreds missing and thousands in emergency shelters.
FAIR responded in partnership with Operation Mobilization through their personnel who were already on the ground in Guatemala. Relief efforts are being focused on the medium-term needs; helping families equip the houses they are in the process of rebuilding with necessary things like furniture and appliances.
To date, FAIR has received $1,650 towards this emergency appeal.
Pray that as the OM staff and connected local church reach out to help the most affected communities, there would be opportunities to share the Gospel.
