Congo Volcano Relief

Goma, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, is home to over 650,000 citizens, as well as the Nyiragongo volcano—one of the most active volcanos in the world. In late May 2021, the volcano began erupting, spewing hot lava that began creeping towards the city, forcing the evacuation of hundreds of thousands of people.
