FAIR Appeals

On June 24, Venezuela was hit by two deadly earthquakes less than a minute apart. With thousands still missing, rescue workers are hard at work as aftershocks continue.

FAIR is responding to this need through the Venezuela Lifeline emergency appeal.

Please join us in praying:

• for FAIR as they work through local partners to assess the situation and determine how best to meet the needs of those affected by the earthquake. Pray for wisdom, discernment, and effective coordination as relief efforts take shape.
• for those who have lost loved ones in the earthquake. The death toll is expected to continue to rise. Pray that God would bring comfort, strength, and His peace to those who are grieving.
• for rescue workers and emergency personnel who continue to search for those who are missing. Pray for safety, endurance, and success as they carry out this difficult work.
• that as relief supplies and assistance are distributed, the love of Christ and the hope of the Gospel will be clearly demonstrated and communicated to those who are suffering.
• for local churches and Christian leaders serving affected communities. Pray that they would be a source of practical help, encouragement, and hope in the midst of hardship.
