∙ Appointed for ministry in coastal Colombia, 1987.
∙ Reassigned to Venezuela in 1990 as part of a pioneer church planting team to the city of Caracas.
· 1990-2015 ministry of church planting and leadership development amongst the professional class of the city.
· 2015 return to Canada

Today Ken focuses on the equipping and mentoring of individuals from the Spanish- and English-speaking world for service in God's Kingdom globally. He serves as an academic mentor with Northwest Baptist Theological Seminary’s Immerse Spanish program, along with the Spanish Immerse director. In Colombia, Andrés Rincon, is involved in the ongoing contextualization and training of mentors for the program in Latin America and the Latino diaspora community in North America. Ken also serves as a consultant and trainer with Simply Mobilizing in the use of their resources amongst Hispanic churches in North America and the Caribbean. He is invited to mentor other servants of the Lord and churches locally in Ontario and Latino diaspora for life and ministry health.
