Director

Director Rev. Robin Pifer

Robin has served as a church planter and has given leadership to three Fellowship Baptist Churches as Senior Pastor in Winnipeg MB (Waverley Fellowship), Maple Ridge, BC (Burnett Fellowship) and Guelph Ontario (Calvary Church).  He is a graduate of Tyndale University College and Seminary (OBC/OTS) and is currently completing an MBA. in Leadership studies from Liberty University and hopes to complete PHD studies in the area of Mission and Leadership. 

He is a certified Life and Leadership coach along with his wife Gwen. They have four children who are involved in local church ministry life and training.  

Robin is working with our National Ministries as Director of Fellowship Networks developing ministry and resources to assist our regional leaders and local church leaders in the areas of Church Multiplication, Church Transformation and Church leadership.  He is available to speak at churches, train and work with church leadership teams, coach clusters of leaders, work with church associations and assist churches in ministry assessments.  

• Facilitate a roundtable network of regional leaders for peer learning and collaboration.
• Assist these regional leaders in creating networks or clusters regionally.
• Develop and manage a grant-making fund to aid ministry projects meeting strategic criteria.
• Secure and coordinate a national resource person for each ministry network.

• Respond to Fellowship leaders seeking ministry advice or resources.
• Provide an annual national equipping event for each network.
• Maintain a comprehensive list of tools and resources on the Fellowship website that are state-of-the-art.
• Oversee the training and certification of a number of church coaches/consultants that will work in the regions in consultation with the Regional Directors in assisting local churches to greater health and growth.
