Meet Wes Harding
Wes Harding currently resides in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada and is the principal at Temple Christian Academy, a ministry of Temple Baptist Church. He is a 1990 graduate of McMaster University with a degree in Religious Studies and a 2011 graduate of Windsor University with a degree in Education. He has gone from an overweight couch potato to Ironman in less than four years, starting at the age of 40. In his spare time, Wes is a motivational speaker, encouraging people to live out their dreams because “anything is possible”. Wes ran as a member of the Team Hoyt Boston Marathon team in April of 2012 and 2013.
